Thissio

Thissio took its name from the temple of Hephaestus which was mistakenly known as Thiseion in reference to Theseus,the mythical king of Athens.
In the area you will see many cafes and bars usually filled with tourists. Athenians mostly enjoy a long night walk at the wide pedestrian with an amazing view to the Acropolis
